Justice Narendra Kumar Jain to be the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Sikkim

Shri Justice Narendra Kumar Jain, Judge of the High Court of Sikkim has been asked to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from 2nd October, 2013. A Notification to this effect has been issued by the President of India under Article 223 of the Constitution of India consequent upon the retirement of Shri Justice Pius Chakkalayil Kuriakose, Chief Justice of the High Court of Sikkim.
