UK Supreme court's landmark human rights judgement on the rights of children born to illegal immigrants

The UK Supreme Court in the  case ZH (Tanzania) (FC) (Appellant) v Secretary of State for the Home Department (Respondent) has dealt with the over-arching issue of weight to be given to the best interests of children who are affected by the decision to remove or deport one or both of their parents from the United Kingdom.
